We build COB panels on our own production line — chip-on-board encapsulation, module assembly, aging and QC handled in-house rather than subcontracted. Keeping those steps together is what lets us hold display uniformity and surface quality steady across a batch, and why a COB panel resists impact, moisture, dust and UV with no exposed lamp bead or wire bond to fail. Indoor fine pitch, sealed IP65 outdoor and wind-rated touring builds all come off the same COB process.
